Graduated in Law, and with a consolidated trajectory in marketing, André began his career in audiovisual directing and producing his first documentary: Os Heróis do Brasil: Independência da Bahia (2014). Since then, he has been researching contemporary issues through his characters in fictional and documentary narratives, and establishing partnerships with talented screenwriters, directors and actors from the national and international market. 

Leonardo Chagas is an executive producer at Abrolhos Filmes. Graduated in Literature at the University of São Paulo, he has been working in the audiovisual field since 2015 when he started at Fundação Padre Anchieta - Televisão Cultura as an audio description script writer in post-production. He worked on the production of the documentary Babenco, winner of best documentary at the Venice festival and Brazilian Oscar nomination in 2021. In the same year, he also participated as a guest at the Ibero-American Film Industry Platino Awards in Madrid.

Graduated in Human Resources, Beatriz has been working in the market for over four years and has great knowledge in the financial and administrative area. She currently works as a financial analyst at Abrolhos Filmes.

With a Post-graduation degree in Executive Production and Business Television Management, Andrea Giusti has over 17 years of professional experience working in unscripted and scripted content as an executive producer for the film and television industry. Responsible for the executive production of several films and tv shows, working alongside the most important players in the industry, such as Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Discovery, YTO Original, FOX, TV Unam, Globo, Globoplay, Canal Brasil, Globonews and GNT.

Graduated in Communications and Marketing at the University of São Paulo, Luiz began his career working in the areas of marketing and advertising copywriting. Applying previous experiences he gathered while working in those fields and also in the audiovisual sector, he currently works in communication and marketing at Abrolhos Filmes.
